Are there any corys that a small enough at adult size that wont eat rcs?

Corydoras habrosus, Corydoras pygmaeus, and Aspidoras pauciradiatus are all utilized in nano tanks and stay small. I would not expect them to eat adults, though shrimplets would likely be taken.
