Best GPH Powerhead for 46 BF

Hey guys I'm setting up my new 46 gallon bow front and want to know how much GPH I should be looking at, I really like Koralia's but don't have idea if the 425 Nano or the 550 GPH or 750. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
