small animals in my tank?

I have a 40 breeder been up for almost 3 months. Used to be crystal clear all the time but recently it's been really cloud even after eater changes and new filter media. Today I turned off the filter and you can see tiny little particles moving all over the tank and.it's.been getting worse too. So I have no idea what it is.. but that's what I think is making it look cloudy

Mine just said chemistry or something but not freshwater. But I'm on tapatalk pink so IDK. But I was thinking copepods but idk anything about freshwater. :-P
