Check your tap water hardness

I noticed my soap was acting different (more suds then normal) and the feel of the water changed so I got it tested and sure enough it is now soft water straight out the tap

Michael, what ever is going on at your house, don't change it. We live what, 3 blocks apart? I just rechecked my tap water. Ph is 7.56 and the hardness is 520 microsiemens, no change here.
