    Which is Better?

    i have a 125g full of eartheaters.
    they love there NLS 1mm Cichlid Formula, because they can sift it off the bottom, well, im about to run out of NLS 1mm cichlid formula and i would like to know if NLS 1mm All Purpose Folmula would work, cause the place close to me that i usually get my 1mm Cichlid formula from is completly out, but they still have the 1mm All Purpose Formula.
    so my ? is, which is better nutritionally for my fish.

    Order online and you can get it in a couple of days.. That is what I would do.. unless you wait for the EK NLS buy but from the sounds of it you are almost out. You can go with the all purpose, there isnt anything wrong with that.
