Advice on Worms in shrimp tank

Any advice on dealing with worms i believe they are planaria because i saw one hitchhiking on an adult shrimp

I have used "No Planaria" which I got from Amazon, and although I was using it for a hydra problem, I hear it also kills unwanted pests-- but NOT safe for snails! It's shrimp-safe form what I've read and experienced. I used a only half a dose just once to get rid of the hydras, and actually didn't have any snails or shrimp die off.
