  • Removal of Exotic Aquatic Species Rules from TPW Commission Agenda

    Good afternoon,

    Please be advised that the Exotic Aquatic Species Rules and Fees agenda items have been removed from consideration by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission at their January 26 and 27 meeting. The Commission will not consider or take action on these items at this time.

    So wait... does this mean the once banned plants are now still able to be sold?!

    AAGGGHHH!!!!!

    Ban the Pacu.
    Ban the Common Pleco.
    Ban Water Lettuce.
    And BAN WATER HYACYNTH!!!

    That alone will do more good in this state than anything.

        Lance, thank you for hte update. Does this mean that the exotic species list is still ongoing and will be up for condiceration at a later date?
