yes they will. Once they get established the growth is very quick in the right circumstances. Weekly clipping becomes the norm.

Looks like a pond snail. It hitchhiked from your plants you bought. They will reproduce rapidly

Could be a mylasian trumpet snail...hard to tell on my phone

On 10/5 a water check and found pH at 7.6, HRPH at 8.2, Amonia at 0 ppm and Nitrite at 0 ppm also.
