36 x 18 x 24 tank, stand, glass lid, light, heater and emperor 400 filter. Needs some cleaning no leaks if lid is open if you close the lid the condensation builds up on the lid the drips down the front right corner of aqurium. where the wood trim meets on the top right has came apart a little I think a quick bead of sealant would fix that problem. Will include sand. Asking $150 live in katy.
