How much should this cost?

I am negotiating buying a settup and I think the seller's asking price is way off and was hoping to get some input from others on a good offer to make. The sale includes one 70gal rectangular glass aquarium, wooden stand with cabinetry, glass hood, and two strip lights. I estimate all this brand new would cost close to $350 but the seller is asking $500! What do you guys think?

the ones made by the aquarium maker located here in houston. there was a thread about it the company here not too long ago. really nice looking for the price but if i remember correctly it was only brown color

tell him/her that you can get a new one for $250 at inwood or houston aquatics
