  • WTB: Pseudotropheus Demasoni AND/OR Pseudotropheus socolofi

Does anyone know where I can get some Pseudotropheus Demasoni and/or Pseudotropheus socolofi? Or anything like them?

FishLand out on Westheimer usually has the Demasoni for pretty cheap. Fish Gallery has them most of the time as well, but they are kind of pricey...I think like $7-$8 a piece.

            Vicki,

As you quoted from prior post

            12 Electric Yellows (Labidochromis caeruleus)
            3 Bristlenose plecos
            1 Eartheater (Geophagus brachybranchus)
            1 Yellow Leleupi (Neolamprologus leleupi)
2 Paracyps (Paracyprichromis nigripinnis) <-- I don't expect them to survive, unfortunately
7 Petricola cats (Synodontis petricola "Dwarf")
Again I would strongly suggest that your Geo, Leleupi and Paracyps get moved to one of your planted tanks before adding more Malawi.
Malawi, are hardy fish and I would feel bad if I heard that your Tanganyika fish got ruffled up. In the video you noticed the blue fish with the yellow tail, that is the Acei.
I love Malawi for their colors, but their personality is what drives me to Tanganyika fish.

            I hope this helps...

I'm going to give the paracyps back to Tim. I can rehome the Geo and Leleupi if I need to. I have an extra tank up and running (small, but good for a short while) that can house them until I find new homes for them. I just didn't know if the Geo and Leleupi needed to be removed or not. I knew the paracyps would definitely need to be moved. Thanks for the heads up.
