  • Wanted: Used Aquasoil/Eco/similar for trade/barter

I'm setting up a 125 (see here...I'll start a journal here at HFB once I get it set up) and I need some used aquasoil, Eco-complete, or other used substrate that is heavier than SMS. (My other option is sand, and I'm not really crazy about sand. ) I prefer dark color (grey or black). And I don't need as much as you may think...this will be a cap layer over a natural soil substrate, so I need about a 5 gal bucket (but I'll take what I can get).

I've got no $$ to offer, except $7 in my paypal...but I DO have the following for trade:

1 Never-Used, Still in the Box, Do Aqua CO2 Music Glass 15D (15 mm). Lists for $35
1 500 mL bottle Seachem Entice - Never opened, but about a year old
1 500 mL bottle Seachem Nourish - Never opened, but about a year old
1 Never Used, Still in the Box, heater for 10 gal tank (Tetra Brand)

Local deals prefered for local pick-up. PM or email me if you have something I can use.

I am going to move my 30g planted (Eco-complete) to a sand tank. When I do that, which I'm going to try to this weekend, you can have it. Do you have any aeration or powerheads?
College = fishless for now. Vicarious living!

EXCELLENT!! Yes that would be absolutely wonderful. PM sent.

That will get me about 2/3 of what I need, I think. Anyone got about 2-3 gal bucket-worth of substrate they'd part with?
