WTB: Deep blue actinic 18" light bulbs for standard fixture

i have the standered light fixture that comes with aquarium but am looking for blue deep blue actinic18 inch bulbs for the fixture for moonlight effect but dont wanna spend a lot of money also looking for white white sand for cheep need two light 18 inches blue if any answers please help

45 gallon tank OB Peacock, asst. peacock, with albino oscars community
10 gallon (fancey guppy, dwarfpuffer, mollies, platys)
10 gallon Hospital tank
2.5 gallon dragon betta male tank
