WTB: Small Powerhead/20 gal tank

I am looking for a small powerhead.  Something with a rating for 10-30 gallons.  These usually run about $25 new and I am looking for something used.  I am trying to make a DIY carbon reactor with a powerhead and a gravel vacuum.  They sell these reactors at Fish Gallery but they are $40.  

I also am looking for a second tank, preferred a short and long tank.
