  • For Trade: Floating plants

Iwould like to trade some floating plants for some low light/med light plants. Anubias, vallis(sp.), crypts, etc. Let me know what you have.
    I have,
    Dwarf water lettuce
    Red root floaters
And a really cool looking plant that looks like small moss ears.

I wasn't really looking to sell, just trade. They are choking the light out of my tank and they grow fast. If you pm me what you think you want to pay for half the tanks worth, I'm sure we can make a deal. Alot of The water lettuce has almost 5inch roots. I have been feeding them like crazy trying to get longer roots so hopefully my rainbows will spawn.

If I remember correctly, isn't water lettuce considered illegal to own in Texas? Either way, I 'm interested in buying some.

Sorry if I'm wrong. Free bump.

I don't think water lettuce is illegal gto own. Frogbit is though, I think...

Someone please chime in if I'm wrong.

I have know idea about the legality. I bought it over the Internet. I will do some research on the subject. If it is a legal issue, I will no longer post on the forums about it. I'm redoing my tank and I am not sure if I am going to keep it or not. If it is a problem I will dispose of it accordingly.
