Wanted: Harlequin Rasboras

Looking to add to my harlequin rasbora school to try to get to 30 or 40 of them for my 125 gallon.

If you ever got some random rasboras in the past but didn't want to get rid of them because you felt guilty about giving them away to the fish store where they might end up in worse circumstances, here's your chance for guilt absolution!

They'll join a big school and hopefully do well in the 125 gallon tank.

Can't seem to find them anywhere but fish gallery at the moment and I ain't paying $3.50 a fish for a rasbora when Fish Land hand them for $1.20 earlier... hah

So you're looking for harlequin rasboras or just any rasbora? HAW has quite a number of nano fish and they might have the harlequins. His prices are usually great.

And to answer your question, harlequins. I figure they're more likely to school together with my existing rasboras if they're the same species.

Houston Aquatics always has them and they are usually dirt cheap ($1.00 a piece) and he usually does deals if you buy 6 or more. Give John a call and make sure he has some and see what he'll do...

It is always the case, lol. Anytime you are looking for the most common fish everyone is out. We have a school and they are terrific fish. I'd say just hold out a bit and you'll soon be over run with everyone having them in stock.
