Wanted: Plants or plant trimmings

I recently got a Fluval flex for shrimps and want to put some plants in it to start out. I was going to buy a plant assortment from aquabid but I thought I should try here before buying.

I'm interested in getting any low-medium light plants that is good for beginners.
