After upgrading to a new setup, I have the following items for sale.
For delivery I can meet you at my house (South-East Houston), Bay Area Aquarium, All About Fish, Megan's Tropical Emporium or the League City PETCO. Cash only.
1. All-Glass Aquarium 55-Gallon Aquarium ($75)
- Aquarium measures 48.25" x 12.75" x 21". Glass is ~1/4" thick.
- Some scratching (on bottom pane, as a result of gravel-bed).
- Some coraline (visible in picture, will need to be cleaned by buyer).
2. All-Glass Aquarium 55-Gallon Aquarium Stand ($75)
- Stand is 28" high, solid black.
3. CPR CS100 Overflow Box Kit ($65)
- Kit includes: overflow box, aqualifter pump, 2x foam prefilters, plastic strainer, rigid air-tube and acrylic lid (for silencing), and original instructions.
- Because of the aqualifter pump, this unit is "self-priming" (i.e. will resume function by itself after a power outage) and the siphon will not break due to air bubble accumulation.
- This unit with the associated pump costs about $135 new.
- The overflow box is rated for 800 gph, is 10" across, and accepts a 1" bulkhead.
- The tank water height is adjustable with this unit.
- The pump in this kit is 4 months old and needs to be cleaned with vinegar before use.
4. Sunlight Supply New Wave 48" 2x54 Watt T5 Fixture + Bulbs BRAND NEW ($150)
- This is a BRAND NEW fixture that includes two BRAND NEW Giesemann 10,000K bulbs.
- Hanging kit is included (acrylic shield is NOT included).
- Bulbs have individual reflectors. This unit emits no noise (there is no fan).
- I purchased this unit for my new setup, but found that it was a few inches too large.
5. Custom Sump (Part A) By Kyle @ Sapphire Aquatics ($40)
- Sump measures 14.75 " x 10.5 " x 16". The water level is 10.5".
- Built to compactly house a skimmer + gate-valve mod, two heaters, and a phosban reactor.
- There is a 1" water-entry-hole and two 1" water-exit-holes.
- Some scratches and coraline are present; as this is acrylic they can be buffed out. There is also a small purple PVC primer stain.
- Price is firm. I Paid $140 for this piece.
6. Custom Sump (Part B) By Kevin @ All About Fish ($40)
- Meant to be connected to Custom Sump (Part A) above, but can be used independantly.
- Sump measures 15.125" x 10.5" x 16". The water level is 10.5" (teeth start @ 10" and end @ 11").
- The right-most section can fit upto a Mag-7 pump.
- Some scratches and coraline are present; as this is acrylic they can be buffed out.
- Price is firm. I Paid $120 for this piece.
Note that Sump Parts A and B were built to be used together, but they can be used seperately.
7. Mag-7 Pump ($40)
- Pump is in EXCELLENT condition and includes foam pre-filter.
- Rated for 700 gph, with a 12.5 vertical foot shut-off, and a 0.5" FPT Inlet and 0.5" MPT Outlet.
8. Mag-5 Pump ($25)
- This pump does not always start-up and sometimes requires "shaking" or "knocking" it. I believe it requires a new impeller. For this reason the price has been dramatically reduced.
- Foam pre-filter is included.
- Rated for 500 gph, with a 10.5 vertical foot shut-off, and a 0.5" FPT Inlet and 0.5" MPT Outlet.
9. Hydor Korlia #2 Powerhead ($20)
- This powerhead produces a slight vibration/sound when in use. I believe it requires some maintenance work (i.e. like a new impeller). For this reason the price has been dramatically reduced.
- Rated for 600 gph. Flow constrainer and small-fish-guard are included.
10. Hydor Koralia Nano Powerhead BRAND NEW ($15)
- This powerhead is brand-new.
- Rated for 240 gph. Note that flow-constrainer and small-fish-guard do not exist for the nano model.
11. AlgaeFree White Shark Cleaning Magnet BRAND NEW ($75)
- This BRAND NEW magnet is rated for glass and acrylic up to 1.5".
- Acrylic pads and one set of replacement glass pads are included.
- This magnet is in excellent shape; it was too strong for my 3/8" glass and was difficult to move.
12. TWO Sets of Maxijet Parts ($5 EACH)
- Each set consists of all the parts that come with a new maxijet (minus the pump itself and the instructions).

- I bought this because my chaeto wasn't growing. After my chaeto started growing, I haven't needed it again.
