That would not fall under spelling, monkey. The word is spelled correctly. However, it isn't used correctly.
I am surprised you used "too" correctly. So many people don't.

These words get mis-used all of the time.
Again, mis-used, but not mis-spelled, monkey.

I'm in agreement with Ek on the good deals on tanks and stands at Inwood, and the comments made about Aquarium World as well.

In my opinion, Aquatic World is primarily a Salt Water Store, not big on good deals on anything there however and the place could use a good dose of pine sol on the floors and walls. Almost every time I have been in Aquatic World the folks that work there ignore me, as a matter of fact, no one in that store has ever said hello or asked me if I needed any help.

I have heard a few folks say good things about the owner and the guys who work there, but they are taking their time about warming up to me....

That's the thing about pet stores.  They are either a hell hole or really nice.

You just got to look past the good and bad, and decide is this what I want or I aint taking this ****, I'm outta here!

Its funny, I am getting a new stand, new glass tops, new light strips, new filter, and its still going to be a used tank. (115 gallon 5ft x 18in x 2ft)  My plan will be to sell it one day, in the next year if I find a Oceanic Cherry Oak 6ft Tank in good shape with glass tops and lights.

Geoff, be sure and let us know how your trip goes as I've found what may be a great LFS one week can be one of the worst the next week.  I will sometimes go to Aquarium World when I think they may have something I need that the smaller LFS's don't carry that I don't have time to order online.  However, more often than not, after I get my senses back after seeing their prices,  I end up improvising or coming here to beg for temporary assistance   .

It's not that I can't sepll, it's that i can't tpye   .

Just curious, where were you planning on putting the tank? by the front door, or in the bathroom

I have been looking for a 300+ as well 8fter for my Mobas.....sure wished I didn't pass on the 300 that Jolley has when Dan was selling it.

I dont know... I have seen some very cheap prices on new tanks at City Pets.. they just got a HUGE tank in the other day - still sitting on the floor with supporters.  I dont know the size of it but I am thinking somewhere around 300 plus..  the tank had to be at least 8x2x2.   Then they have the 175 bow front with the metal stand.. $1499 (no hood) and $1670 with glass top and lights.

Deric wants me to look for a large tank for his bedroom.  Deric, I know you love Tropheus, but is there something going on?  You sleeping with you fish now too?

I will keep a log and take notes.

Here's my trip..

Leave 8:45 my apartment and reach Ultimate Fish when it opens at 10am.
Then onto Mikes, then to Inwood Forrest, then Aquatic World, then Aquarium World, then Fish Gallery, then City Pets, to my final stop at Fishland.

All this by 4:00pm

The flow of this thing just aint happening, so I am going to have to cut Inwood Aquarium.
