      Yes... The larger the pipe, the less resistance for the filter.

        sounds like i am gonna have to go to homedepot on fri to finish the project thanks guys lmk any more tips i should consider before i start building the intake

          you will notice a significant loss in flow from a 2260 with 2 90degree elbows. And you will have less pressure in the lines bc of the pipe being bigger like stated above in which will equal less flow..

                It's no biggi to me really I already have a fx5 on it and also a 2250 so these 2260s are just extra
