The 52$ was more towards the double bright led. I know the reef lights and the kessil are expensive! I'm looking for just a fish tank, maybe low light coral.

Would the double bright lighted marine land best suit my tank. I want fish and low ligh coral.

Your coral will be ugly and pissed off with that fixture.

Corals need bright light to be colorful. The color is their sunscreen. They won't need sunscreen for 50$ worth of lighting.

The marineland single/double/reef bright fixtures all have a nasty yellow color to my eyes, the aquatraders t5ho is a "get what you pay for" fixture, but in reality most who buy them immediately re-bulb them with ati/giessman bulbs so you end up paying close to what you'd pay for the aquaticlife fixtures anyway!
Put a hundred bucks aside and be patient, therewas a 24" tek fixture that went on here fairly recently for like 150, that was a "deal" and you won't find a much better fixture for your tank :-)
Sorry if my first post came across a bit snarky, patience is a real necessity in saltwater and in my experience, you may be able to do it on the cheap to begin with, but all that means is when you buy the stuff you actually need, you've ended up paying full price for what you need AND whatever you've paid to get the cheap stuff as well. May as well save the money for the cheap stuff and just go straight for what you actually need! :-)

Looks like my short patience payed off. A friend in my neighbor hood is selling his whole tank, getting rid of it, and he's offering me his coralife 24" but he doesn't know te wattage but he guessed it was 2 x 36 watt but I don't see any coralife models that run on two 36 watts. I think it might be 65 watts x 2 and he's selling it at 30$, and it's in good shape. Good deal or bad deal?

Will that light work for my tank? My tank is salt water, live rock, looking for live sand right now or I might get filter sand, polps, mushroom coral, Kenya trees, and some fish.

Im not sure where you got that info but there is no such thing as a 24" 65w bulb.... Im not 100% sure but I think a 24" t5 ho bulb is 24w or so.

                            It's coralife 24" at 2 x 65 watts.

How many watts do I need for my 26 gallon bow front? I don't know what cfl means. It's cfl
