Re: For Sale: 300 gallon acrylic tank - complete setup

Atleast this tank is acylic.  Derek's (delock) 300 gallon was made of glass.

John and I can move it failry easy, its the getting over the rail thru my patio and from the flowerbed into the apartment that needs atleast 1 or 2 people.  To me the stand is almost as heavy as the tank.

I do need some help after the holidays during the week to get the 115 and 150 moved. Any volunteers in the PAsadena Area?? Raul??

Then probably SAturday December 1st, we'll move the 300.  DEREK you reading this man???

depending on when you do this I may be able to help.  I would love to see some of your tanks.

As my best friend says, "I may not be that smart, but I can lift heavy things"(not sure why he says that since he has an engineering degree from aTm).

                  Congrats on the tank Geoff!

I really wanted to get it, but my wife wouldn't allow me to spend anymore money on fish.  Apparently I have a problem. LOL

I appreciate it all...yeah the tank is a beast, but it is in Excellent Shape and the stand is just immaculate.

The Tank is worth new $2,940, the Stand was $999 new, the Eheim 2028's new with media are $250ea., the Lgihts New are $250ea., and Powerheads new are worth $20ea., the heaters new are worth $20ea., and the Aqua Clear 110's new are $50 ea.

So,,, it is about $5,119.00 worth of stuff that is only some 4 years old...all for $2K...could not pass on a deal like this...

I welcome all the help from everyone...

                    Take care,

                    Geoff

Its not the size that matters, its how you use it
